In order to fit you properly or make sure that we’re sending the exact replacement shoe and insole, we need to speak to you. Please call us when you are ready to place an order

RETURNING CUSTOMERS: If you are purchasing the same size and style previously ordered, please download this form and email it to us. If you need a different style or size, please call for proper fitting.
